Dar Al Arkan, one of the largest property development companies in the Middle East, opens an office in Beijing, China in early of 2022. The new office integrates with LianTronics LED video walls to present a digital spatial aesthetics of multifunction, combining the showroom, reception hall, and chatroom into one.

As the largest publicly traded real estate firm in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Dar Al Arkan operates in over 12 countries across Asia and Europe. In line with its strategic expansion, the new Beijing office acts as a hub to support Chinese companies and investors seeking expansion, company formation, and investment opportunities in the Kingdom.

Working with partner EDS Interior Architecture, LianTronics settled 4 sets of VF1.2 Series fine-pitch video walls into the lobby, meeting room, and reception room respectively of Dar Al Arkan Beijing office, to provide a graceful and impressive visual experience to accentuate its brand image.

Utilizing the layout of the new office, the VF Series LED panel perfectly blends with the entire space of its extreme-thin and light structural design. A high refresh rate and low blue light smoothen the broadcasting without flickering, offering the utmost viewing comfort for viewers.

What’s more, the assembled LED video walls especially adopt LianTronic's unique Nano-coating craftsmanship, which facilitates to enhance the stability of the LED screens against moisture, dust, etc. to run for a long time.

It is worth mentioning that to ensure the on-time completion of the project, LianTronics Team also worked hard on the production and construction, overcoming the difficulties of pandemics, the Chinese Spring Festival rush, and holidays, to finish the overall project in 24 days only counting from contract signing to project acceptance.
